Just earlier we were discussing which GiB conventions it is better to avoid because it cannot play rational continuations.
Of course there is also the opposite problem that sometimes it will use the same conventions itself, and then one can only pray, although it tends to have more than necessary.
In this case, the robot bid a Texas transfer. To be fair, I don't remember it getting things wrong when I bid a Texas transfer (it would be difficult) nor do I remember it actually bidding one itself.
But this time it did bid a Texas transfer and I wasn't happy with the result.
Admittedly my (defensive) 2NT opening was loaded, but I think it should bid a more optimistic sequence all the same, particularly if the "5+ total points" explanation to opponents was sincere.

Another convention GiB cannot play?

I don't get it - you want it to try for slam with this hand?! No thanks.. you have a huge maximum and *still* should have only taken 11 tricks had the human cashed their second trick..

In the light of day it's not so terrible to bid Texas, agreed, although between humans I would bid the 3♥ transfer and then 2♥ control (if we had this agreement rather than BWS choice of natural second suit): in this case partner would stop in 4♠, but it's not hard to construct a normal 2NT opening that would still make slam.
Would be interesting to simulate if BBO restore the 'tricks' function in Dealer.
