Who do I contact about red and silver points that I have won on BBO that are not showing up in my ACBL tally? These are points from the "ACBL Centennial Red Day on BBO" in October and the "ACBL Centennial Silver Day on BBO" from a couple of weeks ago. I am a new member that transitioned from a "guest" ACBL membership while learning the game to a Paid member a few weeks ago.

I had the same problem.
I contacted BBO support (find it by starting with the "help" button in the upper right corner of your screen), and emailing ACBL at "masterpoints.acbl.org." They both replied quickly, informing me that BBO had an issue reporting the Silver points in October, but would correct the issue in the 11/30/25 report to the ACBL (when the red points would also be reported).
Therefore, be patient, you should see your points reported in the first days of December. If not, use those contacts.

The Silver and the Red points from BBO's Centennial Daylongs were already reported to the ACBL and should appear in your acbl account.
