How do I disable filters?

I play BBO on a Windows 10 computer. After filters were introduced in October, I started experiencing constant crashes when loading the pending tournament list. This is probably related to the filters. Is it possible to disable them?

I also play mostly on a Win 10 computer, and am not having this problem (althouh I confess I am finding the filters thing annoying).

It turns out that my Rostelecom provider is blocking the download. I tried accessing the BBO from a Beeline mobile provider, and the download went fine.
