team matchup challenges finding teams to play againsgt

Would be nice to have 4 person teams post when they can take on a team match. Currently, only way is hit and miss and having single persons want to play and then they leave the game immediately. A formed team would stick it out for the 8 or so boards. Example: Team A, advanced plyrs looking for a team match on Thursdays 1:00 PM EST, contact xxxxx to set game, etc.
