Somebody complained about this hand because it seemed to him that the hands were maliciously predealt.

There is a chance that it develops a heart trick for us and I have two possible entries to enjoy it.

When you have already concluded that the hands are "maliciously predealt" should you not lead your normal and obvious card?
How can you look in the head of the evil dealer and find a better lead? I would not know.
Even the least obvious lead could be winning here. You can try ♣10 then, a totally passive lead that wins when partner holds AQxx(x) over dummy's KJx.

Seriously, though, if you were not presented with this hand as a problem, almost everyone would lead the ♥2 or the ♣10. I am sure that a case could be made for almost anything, but these are the two most obvious choices.

♣10. I think there's a legitimate problem here, since a heart also has appeal.
