A button that you click that calls up your recent tournaments instead of having to go to the results page and finding the name/time of the tournament you were in.
It would be nice ibn the downloaded version to have this feature as well.

The next (coming soon) version of the web client will be the first TD-enabled version. Once it is released you will be able to run free tournaments.
I think you (and other TDs) will like how it works

The only change in the next version that relates to teaching tables is:
If you are a student at a teaching table, you will be able to see uploaded hands.
If you want to host a teaching table, you will have to continue to use the Windows client for at least 1 more version.
Quote
Partnership Bidding will not be supported at all for at least 1 more version.
We are in the middle of making plans for the next version beyond the version that we are currently testing. There is a reasonable chance that we will include both the ability to host Teaching Tables and support for Partnership Bidding in that version. In fact, we might create decide to create a single new type of table that is a hybrid between Teaching and Partnership Bidding tables.

If you can give me some more information I would appreciate it. For example:
1) How do you know it is crashing? What do you see?
2) Does it always happen or only when you try to see the profile of certain users?
3) Do the other commands on the right-click menu work?
4) What operating system are you using?
5) Can you try it with some other browser and let me know if the problem exists there are well?
6) Any other details you can think of that might be relevant?
Thanks,

Hello Fred,
1) I get a pop up message: "Google Chrome has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." The flash plug in then needs to be closed.
2) It happens whenever I right click on ANY players name in the chat window. It used to happen when I clicked on friends names in main window also earlier, but when I tested it again now, it worked there, but only crashed for names in chat window.
3) Other right click commands in main window (table area) work.
4) Windows XP Home.
5) I think it used to work in Mozilla Firefox, but I uninstalled Firefox when I switched to Chrome. It worked fine on IE when I tested now. Looks to be a Chrome specific issue from the above. I have only used the Flash version for kibitzing vu gr until now, I will try using it more, to play also, to see if I can find any other Chrome specific issues.
6) In Chrome, when I right click on a friends name in the main window, and then right click on a name in the chat window, it seems to work - but only once, if I right click again on the name in the chat window, it crashes. If I right click on a name in chat window without right clicking on a name in main window, it always crashes immediately.
Regards,
Krishna

I could be wrong about this, but as I understand it each browser has its own version of the Flash plug in. Since Chrome is still fairly new, I assume the same is true for Chrome's Flash plug in. So it wouldn't surprise me if they are still trying to get some of the bugs worked out.
If you have not done so already, it is probably a good idea to go to Adobe's web site to make sure that you have the most recent version of Flash. Maybe this crash is the result of a known bug that has been fixed already.
I will do some investigation myself, but likely there is nothing I can do about this. When the program that I wrote crashes the symptoms are quite different so it sounds like the bug is not in my code. The fact that other browsers don't crash is further indication of this.
If you learn anything more please let me know. Feel free to use e-mail (fred@bridgebase.com) if you don't feel like having a public conversation.

I have the latest flash player, so that is not the issue; as you say - it is likely to be specific to Google's plug in, so I guess there is nothing much to be done from your end.
In any case, it is a minor issue, with workarounds available, so not worth worrying about.
Thanks,
Krishna
