After 2D! forcing and "may be artificial", then 2NT would show stop(s) in the other Major ( Spades here ) just like in NMF over a 1NT rebid ( or xy-1NT ). Thus, 2S = 4 card suit.

That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

Denies 3-card hearts, shows spade values in 3-cards, maybe only two if the clubs extra long.
