This is just last train principle. Opener denied a H stopper, so what else would you be looking for? At this point only 3NT

That's the way most people play it, me included.

But you can also use 2NT to ask about the club stop, which allows 3H and 3S to be slam tries with a 4 card suit. I believe that's what the earlier person was talking about when he mentioned 'reverses'.

BTW, for what it is worth, with a discussed partner I tend to go directly into low level splinters after a 1m-2m inverted raise, rather than going directly into NT probes. If neither has a shortage then I shall take my chances in NT even with a suit wide open.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

If you don't play inverted minors as GF, 2NT is to play! Depends on the agreements
