T3,4: ♣A,K; ♦ discards
T5:♥K

If no heart honor appears, play a third heart and ruff the fourth one if necessary.
If a heart honor appears or hearts are 3-3 play a trump from dummy and finesse the ♠5 if East plays the ♠3.
If the ♥K gets ruffed, hope that you can draw trumps in 2 rounds now.

So it's simple now, no? Just duck a heart, I lose if RHO cashes his ♠KQ and also has the other heart honor because I'm not rhm, but it seems like there's a completely correct line (his). Is there another reasonable line?

Your suggested line seems to be the option taken by my partners on the weekend. Unforuneately, they lost 2 tricks in each Major.
RHM's line was the option I suggested, hence the post.
