Lead problem - Lightner X or not What would you do?

I am asking out of sheer curiosity...what would you think about and do

Playing MPs and SAYC with random but really adv partner you are on the lead in W holding

assuming you are playing 2n showing two lowest, p did not take immediate advantage
of 2n to show hearts/clubs. The choice of 1h followed by 5c would show a much better
heart suit than clubs and greatly increase the odds of p being short in dia. If p wanted a
club lead all they had to do was pass the only way to get a dia lead here is to x.

lead a dia and if p cannot ruff have a chat with them about the wonders of lightner.

I think the classic lightner double for dummies first bid suit is no longer in play but I might be wrong.

The double for me just says get off your normal lead and think about it, In this case it is for a diamond.
When a deaf person goes to court is it still called a hearing?
