Move to China... 
As said above...the best way would be to find a player interested in learning/improving and teach them a basic starter system. Add more to it as the partnership feels more comfortable together. If you have a few regular partners, suggest that they try it with you. I am also interested in learning Precision, mostly to become better at playing against it.

You probably could find several people starting Jan 5
Though they will all be learning just one version. That said, you might find some who already play a different one.
