GIB wild jump to 7C

Seems no basis for this wild jump by GIB to a grand slam on only 24 combined points with one of the opponents bidding strongly.

On the other boards with different second round bids from S (either 3♠ or 4♦ instead of my double), E-W ended up in either 4♥ (down between 1 and 3) or 5♣ making, and on some boards N-S were in 4 or 5♠ doubled, down a few.

It looks like the problem is with the book - strangely GIB's 7♣ fits the description, which requires only 14 TP (?!)
