Don't know why North is doubling here on a min. Dbl should show 15+ HCP in this situation, IMO where responder has shown 11+total points. If responder has only shown min (e.g. 1c-p-1h-(2s)), dbl should probably be a bit stronger.
Also responder's responses to the dbl need to be better defined; 3S didn't show anything beyond what 2s showed, I guess I could have bid 3d if I trusted the description of dbl as GF.
