I don't see the problem if you are I/A playing 2NT as Moderateur / Ingberman or similar here, except perhaps if 2♠ is non-forcing. After 3NT, 4♥ shows this hand and is unlikely to be passed. After the more probable 2NT, 3♥ shows the same and is clearly a game forcing maximum.
